Cabin Guidelines for a Happy Visit

BE Happy; BE Safe, BE Respectful.....

Keep in mind that you're at someone else's property, our's. You will be asked to conduct yourself in a manner that will not cause any conflicts with family, friends and or other guest during your stay. Have fun.... that's what we want you to do. 

Please read all guidelines for Hidden Oaks Ranch-Cabin getaways below.  

 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

• THIS IS A ONE WAY DRIVING IN CAMPGROUND. ENTER AT THE STOP SIGN. WAIT FOR US TO DIRECT YOU TO YOUR CABIN AND PARKING AREA. 

• SORRY-NO PETS. THESE ARE BRAND NEW CABINS, THEREFORE AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE PETS, WE CANNOT. 

• PLEASE NO SMOKING IN ANY CABINS. 

• MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO RESERVE.  

• NO COOLERS INSIDE ANY CABIN/THE HIDEAWAY. 

• DO NOT STORE COOLERS OR  SUITCASES IN SHOWER STALL.

• CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM. *It is sometimes possible to arrive earlier than the stated check in time. Please call ahead to ensure that it is ok to do so.  

• CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM FOR CABIN #1 & CABIN #3 AND CHECK OUT FOR THE HIDEAWAY IS 12:00 NOON.

• NO BURINNG CANDLES INSIDE ANY OF THE CABINS. 

• QUIET TIME- 10:00 PM-8:00 AM

• DO NOT REMOVE TOWELS or LINENS FROM CABINS.

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSBILE FOR YOU AND OR ANY FAMILY MEMBERS, GUEST FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, STINGS, BITES,  FALLS, GETTING POISION OAK, BURNS OR LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS,  etc.

• The most important rule we have is: HAVE FUN, RELAX, ENJOY,  AND  EXPLORE !!
